Admin User (Platform Access) — These are for digital teams to manage locations, users, content and configurations. They have access the Folkal platform with permission based roles to manage what they can view and edit.
User (Phone App Access) — These are for in-store sales associates or local experts that are part of your community. They have access the Folkal only via the Folkal mobile app with permission based roles to manage what they can do.
Users can be administrators, local users, or both.
Widgets — High performing UIs that you can configure in the Folkal platform and add into your website without needing a developer.
Marketing — This is UGC style content that displays on your website.
Training — This is content shared internally to constantly educate your team on your products, processes and people. It's designed to help them be better at serving your customers.
